Clear, simple rules so every run is safe, private, and confirmed.
Reservations
All experiences are by reservation. The studio operates one shared SkyTechSport Olymp resource with a capacity of one. Each reservation reserves the simulator for one guest at a time, with a ten-minute turnaround buffer between sessions.
Hours
Studio hours are 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM, Phoenix local time (America/Phoenix). Reservations outside operating hours are not available.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
Reservations may be rescheduled or cancelled for a full refund up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time. Changes within 24 hours are subject to the studio's discretion and may be non-refundable.
Supervision
All public experiences are supervised by appropriately trained personnel. A safety orientation is required before any self-directed access is considered.
Self-Directed & Unattended Access
Eligibility for self-directed sessions is limited to approved members who have completed equipment orientation and safety approval. Independent, unattended access remains disabled unless written manufacturer and insurance authorization and all required safety conditions are satisfied. Membership does not imply authorization for unattended simulator use.
Membership Credits
Membership reservation credits reset on the member's renewal date. Credits are not deducted multiple times for a single reservation, and failed payments do not generate new credits.
