The terms that govern reservations, memberships, and studio access.
Reservations
A reservation is confirmed once payment is processed and the studio calendar confirms availability. The simulator is a shared resource with capacity of one; reservations are not double-booked.
Memberships
Memberships renew monthly until cancelled. Membership fees do not imply authorization for unattended simulator use. Self-directed access requires equipment orientation, safety approval, and, for independent unattended access, written manufacturer and insurance authorization and satisfaction of all required safety conditions.
Conduct & safety
Guests follow all studio safety instructions and operate the simulator only under the supervision arrangements required for their access level. The studio may refuse or end a session for safety reasons.
Liability
Ski simulation is a physical activity. Guests participate at their own risk and are responsible for disclosing any health conditions that may affect participation. This is not a therapeutic or medical program.
